Role Overview: As an HRIS Analyst at Human Interest, you will play a critical role in managing and optimizing our Human Resources Information Systems to support our growing workforce. You will ensure data integrity, streamline HR processes, and provide actionable insights to enhance decision-making across the organization. What You'll Do: - You will manage and maintain the HRIS system, ensuring data accuracy and system functionality. - You will collaborate with HR and IT teams to implement system upgrades and new features. - You will analyze HR data to identify trends and support strategic initiatives. - You will troubleshoot and resolve HRIS-related issues promptly. - You will develop and deliver training materials to HR staff and end-users. - You will assist in the integration of HRIS with other business systems. - You will generate regular and ad-hoc reports to support HR operations and compliance. - You will ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards. What You Bring: - You have 3+ years of experience working with HRIS platforms such as Workday, ADP, or Oracle. - You possess strong analytical skills with proficiency in data reporting and visualization tools. - You have a solid understanding of HR processes and employment laws. - You demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - You are detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities. - You have experience with system implementation and user training. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in the fintech or benefits administration industry. - Knowledge of SQL and database management. - Certification in HRIS or related fields. - Familiarity with payroll systems and integrations.
