Our attorneys devise custom strategies tailored to clients objectives and assist with Guardianship, Conservatorship, Marital Agreements, Probate Administration, Trust Administration, Charitable Planning, Estate Planning, Federal Estate Tax and Gift Tax Planning, Special Needs Planning, and Business Planning. We provide specialized services for families of all types, including LGBTQ+ families, single parent households, military-affiliated families, and non-citizens, emphasizing inclusivity and comprehensive support. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Attorney located in Alexandria, VA. The Attorney will be responsible for providing legal advice, conducting research, negotiating on behalf of clients, and specializing in various legal domains such as estate planning, probate and trust administration, fiduciary litigation, veterans’ law, and corporate law. The role encompasses day-to-day tasks including client consultations, legal document preparation, court appearances, and collaborating with other team members to ensure the best outcomes for our clients. Qualifications • Strong Research and Negotiation skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Proven ability to work efficiently in a collaborative, on-site environment • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school • Membership in good standing with the Virginia State Bar • Experience in estate planning • Experience in wealth management or related fields is a plus
