Comms/Creative Program Manager HudsonLake (hudsonlake.com) is looking for a passionate Program Manager to join our outstanding team. In this role, you'll play a key role in supporting client leads to ensure project plans are established and easy to execute while also coordinating the work of cross-functional teams. This is not a financial or IT project management position. It is so much more. From defining project scopes and coordinating cross-functional teams to leading status meetings and providing key project updates, you’ll be at the heart of our operational processes, keeping everything running smoothly. The ideal candidate must have a communications, creative and/or marketing agency background and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You should be skilled at: • Building and maintaining strong relationships with team members • Leading meetings and streamlining project workflows • Balancing structured processes with the flexibility to adapt to client-specific needs You'll work closely with the Client Leads and report to the Enterprise Program Manager on the Operations team, collaborating across Creative and Communications teams to build the client’s strategic goals with the project team’s creative and production workflows. While we’re based in Alexandria, Virginia (outside of Washington, DC), this is a fully remote role that requires supporting our coast-to-coast client base across multiple time zones. Responsibilities • Provide data-driven insights to guide decision-making and resource allocation. • Advise leadership on project feasibility, taking team capacity and other initiatives into account. • Apply business acumen and financial insight to guide project decisions and support accounting processes. • Develop and manage timelines that align with client priorities, milestones and publication schedules. • Ensure the project team understands project goals, budgets, workflows, updates, risks and next steps. • Lead regular check-ins, create status reports and maintain shared project trackers. • Maintain organized documentation and ensure all assets and revisions are tracked properly. • Ensure creative and communication teams have the context, data and direction they need to deliver effective work, and that this information is documented in our PM software, Asana. • Anticipate risks and implement mitigation strategies to protect timelines, budget and quality, and communicate those risks to account leads. • Monitor project performance against goals and proactively adjust plans to stay on track. • Conduct post-project reviews to capture successes, challenges and lessons learned. • Maintain clear records of outcomes, feedback and insights for future projects. • Collaborate with the creative team and other project managers to ensure creative requests are accurately completed, submitted and tracked on schedule. • Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve efficiency and reduce costs without compromising quality.
