This role combines essential EA and personal support while offering exposure to the design, sales, and coordination work that supports leadership. (We mean it: mood boards, spreadsheets, and basic accounting are a big part of this job.) __________________________________ Key Responsibilities - Executive & Personal Support - Calendar, email, and schedule management - Personal errands and task coordination - Office organization and general administrative support - Project & Design Coordination - Research, vendor sourcing, product comparisons - Budgeting, cost tracking, and financial organization - Creating and managing complex spreadsheets - Assisting with decks, presentations, and mood boards - Client communication and meeting prep - On-site assistance at events and installs __________________________________ This is a hands-on, in-person role requiring flexibility, impeccable taste, and a No-Ego “get it done” attitude.
