Full Description

Position Summary Hudson Lab Automation is seeking an Inside Sales & Sales Support Specialist to drive outbound campaigns, follow-up with customers, and support the sales team in expanding our customer base. This role is responsible for executing demand generation activities, ensuring accurate customer data, and providing timely support to the global sales organization. Success in this role is measured by increased lead generation, improved conversion of leads to opportunities, and expanded engagement within our existing customer accounts. Key Responsibilities Demand Generation (new prospects): • Execute outbound campaigns in Lemlist and LinkedIn Navigator to generate qualified leads. • Identify new contacts within target applications and build segmented prospect lists. • Develop and refine targeted outreach sequences to improve engagement and conversion. • Support inbound campaigns in HubSpot, including lead capture and basic nurture workflows. • Ensure all leads and activities are tracked accurately in the CRM. Installed Base Marketing (expand current customers): • Maintain and update Salesforce records of product installs with accurate customer contacts. • Deduplicate and enrich asset records with verified names, emails, and roles. • Work with service and distributor teams to ensure installs are properly attributed. • Support targeted campaigns to existing customers for product expansion, upgrades, and service. Sales Support: • Provide accurate, timely quotes for off-the-shelf products and coordinate orders with operations. • Conduct customer follow-up to ensure inquiries are addressed and opportunities are routed appropriately. • Deliver internal support to the global sales team, ensuring access to accurate customer data and account details. • Prepare basic customer-facing materials, reports, and follow-up communications to support the sales process. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, engineering, or business strongly preferred. • 2+ years of experience in inside sales, sales operations, or customer service. • Hands-on experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, Lemlist, and LinkedIn Navigator strongly preferred. • Strong organizational and data management skills, with attention to detail and accuracy. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Competitive drive to generate demand, expand customer relationships, and support sales growth. • Highly organized and motivated, with the ability to execute consistently.
