Qualifications: • Track record of success developing new and used-vehicle sales departments and unlocking the potential of all employees within these departments. • Proven experience in training management staff, directing work, and removing barriers to success. • Experience forecasting aggressive yet realistic monthly goals for the department and for individual sales consultants, providing them with the support to meet these goals. • Proven success in hiring, training, motivating, and assessing the performance of all new- and used-sales personnel. • Prior automotive sales and management experience is required.
