About the Role We're hiring a Property Manager to lead the lease-up and daily operations of The Hudson, a brand-new luxury multifamily community in St. Louis's Central West End — one of the city's most desirable and fastest-growing neighborhoods. This is a ground-floor opportunity to build a premier community from scratch. You'll own the process from pre-leasing through stabilization, assemble your onsite team, and shape the resident experience from day one. What You'll Do • Lead the full lease-up strategy from pre-leasing through stabilization on an aggressive timeline • Set and hit occupancy and revenue targets in a competitive submarket • Hire, train, and manage the onsite team — leasing, concierge, maintenance, and cleaning • Create a resident experience that matches the premium positioning of the property • Drive marketing, outreach, and prospect conversion strategies • Own rent collections, operating budgets, financial reporting, and NOI performance • Maintain Class A curb appeal, amenity standards, and property presentation • Track local market trends and adjust pricing and leasing strategies accordingly What We're Looking For • Prior lease-up experience required — you've taken a property from empty to stabilized • 3+ years managing Class A or luxury multifamily properties • Proven track record in leasing performance, team leadership, and resident retention • Strong financial acumen — comfortable managing budgets and driving NOI • Professional, detail-oriented, organized, and an excellent communicator • Knowledge of the St. Louis rental market and Central West End submarket a plus Compensation & Benefits • Base salary: $75,000 – $85,000 depending on experience • Performance bonuses tied to lease-up milestones and occupancy targets • Health, dental, and vision insurance • 401(k) with company match • Paid time off • Employee discount • Growth opportunities within an expanding portfolio Work Location: In person — Central West End, St. Louis, MO Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year Benefits: • 401(k) • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Paid time off • Vision insurance Work Location: In person
