Role Overview: As a Community Manager based in New York City, you will be the voice and face of Huda Beauty’s community, driving engagement and fostering meaningful connections with our audience. Your role is pivotal in building brand loyalty and enhancing customer experience through strategic communication and community initiatives. What You'll Do: - You will develop and execute community engagement strategies to grow and nurture Huda Beauty’s online and offline communities. - You will manage social media channels, responding to comments and messages to maintain a positive brand presence. - You will organize and host events, both virtual and in-person, to connect with community members and influencers. - You will collaborate with marketing, PR, and product teams to align community activities with brand campaigns. - You will monitor community feedback and provide insights to improve products and services. - You will create engaging content that resonates with diverse audiences and promotes brand values. - You will track and report on community metrics to measure the impact of your initiatives. - You will handle crisis communication and manage sensitive issues with professionalism and empathy. What You Bring: - You have 3+ years of experience in community management, social media, or related fields. - You possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences. - You are proficient in social media platforms, community management tools, and analytics software. - You have experience organizing events and managing influencer relationships. - You demonstrate problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations gracefully. - You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in the beauty or fashion industry. - Knowledge of digital marketing and content creation. - Multilingual abilities, especially in Arabic or Spanish. - Familiarity with CRM and customer engagement platforms.
