Role Overview: As a Community Manager based in New York City, you will be the vital link between Huda Beauty and its vibrant community. Your role is to foster engagement, build meaningful relationships, and amplify the brand’s voice across multiple platforms. You will play a key part in shaping the customer experience and driving brand loyalty. What You'll Do: - You will develop and execute community engagement strategies to grow and nurture Huda Beauty’s audience. - You will manage social media channels, responding to comments and messages to maintain a positive brand presence. - You will collaborate with marketing and product teams to align community initiatives with brand campaigns. - You will organize and host events, both virtual and in-person, to connect with community members. - You will monitor community feedback and provide insights to inform product development and marketing strategies. - You will create compelling content that resonates with diverse audiences and encourages interaction. - You will track and report on community metrics to measure the success of engagement efforts. What You Bring: - You have 3+ years of experience in community management, social media, or related fields. - You possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with an ability to engage diverse audiences. - You are proficient in social media management tools and analytics platforms. - You have a passion for beauty and a deep understanding of current trends and consumer behavior. - You demonstrate excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working in the beauty or fashion industry. - Knowledge of influencer marketing and partnerships. - Event planning and execution experience. - Familiarity with content creation tools such as Adobe Creative Suite.
