Role Overview: As a Community Manager based in New York City, you will be the vital link between Huda Beauty and its passionate community. Your role is to cultivate and engage a diverse audience, driving brand loyalty and enhancing customer experience through meaningful interactions and strategic initiatives. What You'll Do: - You will develop and execute community engagement strategies to grow and nurture Huda Beauty’s audience. - You will manage social media channels and online forums to foster positive conversations and brand advocacy. - You will collaborate with marketing, PR, and product teams to align community efforts with brand campaigns. - You will organize and host events, both virtual and in-person, to strengthen community connections. - You will monitor community feedback and provide insights to inform product development and marketing strategies. - You will respond promptly and professionally to community inquiries and concerns. - You will analyze community metrics and prepare reports to measure the impact of engagement activities. - You will stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to keep Huda Beauty at the forefront of community engagement. What You Bring: - You have 3+ years of experience in community management, social media, or related fields. - You possess strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences. - You are proficient in social media platforms, community management tools, and analytics software. - You have a passion for beauty and a deep understanding of the beauty industry and its trends. - You demonstrate excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. - You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working with beauty or lifestyle brands. - Knowledge of influencer marketing and content creation. - Familiarity with CRM systems and customer engagement platforms. - Multilingual abilities or experience in multicultural community management.
