Full Description

Description: • Enable business with powerful and safe automation capabilities using Workato and other technologies • Use a variety of technologies (iPaaS, PaaS, AI, SaaS, open-source, custom software) to expand intelligent automation capabilities • Partner with business leaders and systems teams to understand and solve business challenges • Advise on solution design and steward high quality technical work • Contribute to creation of automation capabilities, drive adoption and success • Collaborate, architect, and advise citizen development pods • Scale and evolve Center of Excellence through documentation, guardrails, playbooks • Mentor and provide guidance to citizen developers and IAEs across the organization Requirements: • Scripting or software development experience in Python, Ruby, JavaScript, or Java • Demonstrated technical aptitude and natural curiosity to explore new technologies • Strong understanding of how to identify the right problems to solve and build solutions iteratively • Proven success in integrating multiple cloud-based systems • Experience creating automation and business solutions with iPaaS and low/no-code tools (Workato experience is a major plus) • Experience shaping informed opinions on which technologies suit which problems • Experience leveraging AI and enabling its use across departments or company-wide • Ability to advise, coach, and guide department-level solutions from inception through deployment • Comfort meeting with stakeholders, understanding needs, and translating them into solutions • (Nice to have) Experience with cloud infrastructure services (AWS especially) • (Nice to have) Experience with message queuing and streaming technologies • (Nice to have) Experience administrating enterprise level applications Benefits: • The cash compensation includes base salary, on-target commission for eligible roles, and annual bonus targets under HubSpot’s bonus plan for eligible roles. • Some roles are eligible to participate in HubSpot’s equity plan to receive restricted stock units (RSUs). • Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay. • Benefits and perks information available on HubSpot careers benefits page.
