POS-29407 Senior Program Manager, Creators Location: Remote (US) or Cambridge, MA HubSpot Academy is on a mission to be the place people go to learn how to start and grow a business. We offer a variety of educational and inspirational content — from blog posts to lessons and full certification courses — that provides valuable business training to people all over the world. This educational content generates new customers for the business and delights ‌existing ones in service of achieving their business and career goals. We're looking for a Senior Program Manager to scale and optimize HubSpot Academy's global creator ecosystem through our HubSpot Academy Creator Program (HACP), HubSpot Certified Trainer (HCT) network, and Education Partner Program (EPP). This role will manage and expand our community of educational content creators, trainers, and partners who help extend Academy's reach to learners worldwide. You'll work cross-functionally with the broader Academy, Partner, Legal, and Community teams to manage scalable programs that empower external creators to produce high-quality educational content. You'll help execute our vision of making HubSpot Academy accessible globally through localized content and varied learning experiences. In this role, you’ll get to: Manage the end-to-end HACP, including reviewing content proposals, onboarding Creators, and tracking content development through publication Process and evaluate HCT applications, grade practicums, and maintain the global HCT directory and training calendar Support the strategic transformation of EPP Leverage automation tools and AI to streamline program operations and improve the experience for Creators Liaise with Creators, including providing guidance and support to those developing new educational content via email, Slack, and 1:1 sessions (as needed) Collaborate with Academy Marketing, GTME, and Customer Success to develop resources and campaigns to grow program awareness Partner with other Program Managers to identify gaps and create programs to hit greater HubSpot team’s goals Track, analyze, and report on program data to continuously improve and iterate We’re looking for people who: Have proven experience as a Program Manager, or similar role — with a track record of successfully planning and executing programs of varying sizes and complexity Have a global mindset, accounting for diverse perspectives and goals Are a detail-oriented operator who can manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high quality standards Have strong verbal and written communication skills Are comfortable with technical tools including Airtable, Claude, and Asana Focus on scalability — with the ability to maintain processes that can grow from managing dozens to hundreds of Creators Are self-directed and can work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams Operate with a growth mindset — actively seeking feedback and seeking opportunities to expand their skillset Cash compensation range: 144000-216000 USD Annually Senior Program Manager, Creators Location: Remote (US) or Cambridge, MA HubSpot Academy is on a mission to be the place people go to learn how to start and grow a business. In addition to cash compensation, some roles are eligible to participate in HubSpot’s equity plan to receive restricted stock units (RSUs). Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay.
