Full Description

HubSpot is seeking a Manager, Data Quality to shape and mentor its Systems Acceleration & Data Quality team. This role involves leading data integrity initiatives, leveraging AI tools, and focusing on data reliability for operational excellence. The manager will build psychological safety in a remote team and will work closely with Sales, Sales Strategy, and Flywheel teams. Requirements • Proven experience in a leadership role as a Data Quality Analyst, Manager or similar position. • 6+ years of experience in data management, governance, or quality roles, with at least 2–3 years in a leadership position. • Bachelor’s degree in Data Management, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field. • Proven experience with data quality and governance tools (e.g., Experian, Atlan, Informatica DQ, Collibra, Talend, Ataccama, etc.). • Proven experience with managing 3rd party data vendors (use cases, strategy, ROI, contract management, etc.). • Strong understanding of Master Data Management (MDM) concepts and systems. • Proven experience leading teams that own sales, marketing and data quality systems. • Experience leading cross-functional projects in large or complex organizations. • Hands-on experience with AI and machine learning tools (e.g., for data profiling, anomaly detection, matching, and remediation). • Familiarity with data visualization and reporting tools (Looker, Power BI, Tableau) and cash compensation range is $134,600-$215,400 USD • We know the confidence gap and impostor syndrome can get in the way of meeting spectacular candidates, so please don’t hesitate to apply Benefits • Annual Cash Compensation • On-Target Commission • Bonus Plans • Equity Plan (RSUs) • Overtime Pay • Benefits package
