Description: • Lead and develop strategies to expand business opportunities for Substations built for Data Centers • Assist Project Services Director in project planning/forecasting and development of strategic growth strategy • Develop and execute short-term and long-term market share growth plans with a pipeline of targeted opportunities loaded into CRM • Build and maintain strong relationships with EPC firms, Hyperscalers, and other key industry stakeholders • Manage end user accounts through consistent exposure and understanding of key business drivers • Lead customer engagement across multiple product lines to ensure Hubbell products are represented in projects • Act as primary liaison between customers and internal teams (Customer Service, Manufacturing, Hubbell Business Units) • Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats and adapt strategies accordingly • Support commercial organization by providing expert knowledge and presentations related to substations • Regularly report on project progress, business development activities, and market analysis to senior management • Continuously seek to improve business practices, suggest improvements, and implement best practices in project management and customer engagement • Drive strategic alignment on opportunities across the Hubbell Platform • Analyze bid documentation to identify applicable Hubbell product offerings • Attend industry functions, association events, and conferences and provide market feedback Requirements: • BS Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering • Minimum 5 years’ experience • Proficiency in prioritizing tasks • Projects confidence, authority, and enthusiasm • Utilizes technology to boost sales performance • Strength in effectively communicating to multiple job functions • Background in the Electrical Utility Industry • Must possess strong written and oral communication skills • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills • Ability to travel up to 70% on business-related trips • Position is 100% remote and candidate must be located in the United States • Must be in close proximity to an airport • Preferred: Experience in Substation Design • Preferred: Experience with EPCs and Hyperscalers • Preferred: PowerBI experience • Preferred: Salesforce experience • Preferred: Manufacturing knowledge Benefits:
