Minimum 5 years of experience in Channel Sales, preferably in the IT industry, with skills in conducting meetings, training, market analysis, and project bidding, and fluency in English.
Job Description: This role is responsible for managing and enabling our partners to achieve Commercial sales objectives while driving growth and channel sales expansion. Main Responsibilities: • Contribute to the sales goals of your department and align with organizational goals. • Build a strong relationship with Channel Partners and Customers of Channel Partners. • Introduce Huawei solutions to Channel Partners and Customers of Channel Partners in order to create new sales opportunities. • Able to handle problems within sales processes, have a good market insight, has ability to deliver Huawei’s Channel strategy to Channel Partners. Requirements Requirements: • Minimum 5 years of experience in Channel Sales. • Candidates, preferably with sales experience in the IT industry, who have previously worked as Channel Sales Manager or Account Manager or Sales Manager will be preferred. • Conduct meetings/presentations with Partners and Customers to highlight Huawei solutions. • Organize training sessions for Partners in order to improve their capability. • Provide business analysis and market insight about competitors, to make Huawei products & solutions more competitive in market. • Have good communications skills and rich experience in project bidding. • Fluent English. • Capable to work in an international environment, adaptability and flexibility to changes in a fast growing organization.
