Lead and coordinate studio design programs, manage project timelines, facilitate reviews, and support team and event logistics.
Experience in project coordination, stakeholder management, and process development; familiarity with design or program management preferred.
Job Description Responsibilities include: • Successfully guiding Studio Design programs through the studio appearance development and approval processes from start to finish. • Lead studio Design coordination meetings. • Schedule and lead, as appropriate, the required feasibility and milestone reviews through the Design management Appearance Approval Process. Collate, compile, and present materials as required. • Create, maintain, and update property plans, release plans, program content summaries, and program appearance approval trackers. • Develop, share, and archive best practices for Design Development processes as they relate to corporate product development system Program Timing • DTO sets up key milestones and program calendar, design chiefs put together micro calendar, but project manager partners and ensures everyone is following the calendar and recommends modification as need. • Tracks key senior leadership reviews and ensure needs for key reviews are met working with the Design chiefs and DTO. i.e. do we need screens, properties, location setting, etc. • Keeps track of all deliverables for program and keeps track of program health, shows how each program is tracking every week, yellow, green, red. Program Review Support • Sets agenda working with the design chiefs for Director review, Head of Design review, and other regular reviews. • Ensure properties and materials for reviews are ready and set up. Sends out move requests, etc. Coordinates what needs to be added. • Takes notes from reviews and share out with the team. Keeps track of next steps after the review. • Be a liaison between DVF topics and studio. Staff Meeting Support • Run staff meeting • Run calendar Domain Team Building Support • All hands meeting set up • Team building activity set up • Share out any crucial Team Information to the team Event Set Up Coordination And Support • Coordinates with studio manager on moving and setting up properties, move tickets, shipping orders, etc. • Events such as Lincoln DPAC, Immersion Events, ELT and Todd reviews, i.e. Domain DNA, Luxury Forum, especially in various locations outside Lincoln studio • Ordering materials for Domain reviews Collaboration With China • Keeps track of China leadership request • Any other project management related support.
