Role Overview: As a Guidewire Digital/Portal Developer, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and implementing Guidewire digital and portal solutions that enhance client operations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and clients to deliver scalable and efficient software solutions. What You'll Do: - You will design and develop Guidewire digital applications and portals tailored to client requirements. - You will collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements. - You will integrate Guidewire solutions with existing systems and third-party applications. - You will troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to ensure smooth application performance. - You will participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. - You will document development processes and maintain technical specifications. - You will stay updated with the latest Guidewire technologies and industry trends. - You will support deployment and post-implementation activities. What You Bring: - Minimum 3 years of experience in Guidewire digital or portal development. - Strong proficiency in Java, JavaScript, and related web technologies. - Experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, or ClaimCenter is preferred. - Solid understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Strong communication and teamwork abilities. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure. - Knowledge of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture. - Guidewire certification is a plus. - Prior experience working in insurance or financial services domains.
