Full Description

Responsible for a Portfolio of Condominium, Townhome, & Homeowner Associations. Candidate must have a minimum of 5 years experience, specifically with Community Association portfolio management. Candidate MUST hold the Community Association Manager License in Illinois. Resumes without the required Illinois license will NOT be considered. Portfolio of Associations primarily located in the SW Suburbs of Chicago. Evening meetings are standard with this position. The right candidate will have excellent customer service skills, experience with budget preparation, review of financial statements, preparation of maintenance RFP's, excellent computer skills including Office Suite. Knowledge of Vantaca software a plus. Salary commensurate with experience.
