Full Description

Responsibilities • Source, evaluate, onboard, and manage Authorized Service Providers (ASPs) across the U.S. • Build and maintain a qualified ASP supplier network to support regional projects. • Procure equipment, spare parts, tools, consumables, and other materials for data center HVAC/liquid cooling projects. • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and long-term supply agreements. • Develop procurement plans to ensure on-time delivery based on project schedules. • Monitor supplier performance in quality, cost, delivery, and responsiveness. • Identify supply risks and develop alternative sourcing strategies. • Manage the full procurement process, including RFQs, purchase orders, order tracking, logistics, receiving, and invoice reconciliation. • Partner with Project Managers and field teams to ensure procurement requirements and technical specifications are accurate. • Control procurement costs and maintain complete purchasing records in compliance with company policies. Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Engineering, Business, or a related field. • 5+ years of procurement or supply chain experience, including purchasing industrial equipment or engineering services. • Experience in supplier sourcing, qualification, and contract negotiation. • Strong knowledge of procurement processes and supply chain operations. • Experience with international trade and logistics. • Strong analytical skills with Excel and/or ERP procurement systems. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications • Experience in data centers, HVAC, liquid cooling, or MEP industries. • Familiarity with the U.S. Authorized Service Provider (ASP) network. • Experience supporting field service or commissioning projects.
