10+ years consulting or digital transformation leadership, advanced degree, experience with AI, automation platforms (Celonis, UiPath, Microsoft), strong executive communication, and global team management.
Job Description: • Lead one of our key pillars within the North America consulting practice, contribute to thought leadership, and growth strategies • Be a visible leader within the consulting practice and support strategic and operations development in the Americas • Lead a team of consultants across multiple geographies (USA / Mexico / Canada) • Head the regional Process Mining practice, leveraging platforms such as Celonis & UiPath to identify inefficiencies across business processes • Drive partnership & GTM with selected key technology partners • Develop long-term client relationships and play an active role in business development for new and existing clients • Lead consulting engagements to assess business processes, identify automation opportunities, and recommend solutions that deliver measurable ROI. • Lead our Partnership Channel front with Celonis (Process Mining) & Microsoft (Power Platform) - Including joint GTM • Contribute to regional revenue through strategic account expansion and new business development • Work in collaboration with the Sales team (Chief Growth Officer & Account Executives) to identify, qualify, and close strategic opportunities in AI, Automation, and Digital Transformation • Build and manage executive-level relationships with C-Levels, innovation leaders, and key decision-makers • Provide strategic advisory services to help clients adopt an “Automation First” approach to maximize value from intelligent automation. • Partner with marketing and delivery teams to develop thought leadership, case studies, and client success stories. • Travel and meet with customers as required to maintain relationships and oversee delivery • Oversee consulting and engineering delivery for multiple intelligent automation and AI engagements simultaneously • Lead and deliver large, complex client engagements with a focus on operating model design, intelligent automation strategy, and process optimization • Advise clients on implementing and scaling process automation solutions, with a focus on RPA, Process Mining, Low-Code, Testing, and Artificial Intelligence • Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for senior stakeholders and C-suite executives to guide strategic decisions and drive adoption of intelligent automation & Agentic AI • Act as a trusted advisor to clients on emerging AI technologies & market trends • Drive cross-functional collaboration between sales, delivery & Managed Services teams • Contribute to organizational strategy, service portfolio expansion, and partnership ecosystem development. • Hire, mentor, and develop consulting talent, supporting performance, retention, and career growth. Requirements: • MBA / MSc or advanced degree in Business, Technology, or a related field. • Experience in industries such as BFSI, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Retail, or Energy. • 10+ years of experience in consulting, business development, or digital transformation leadership, preferably in technology or professional services firms. • Proven track record of developing and closing complex enterprise deals in AI, Process Mining, Automation (RPA/IPA), or Data Analytics domains. • Strong consulting and solutioning experience—ability to translate business challenges into technology-driven solutions. • Excellent executive communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills. • Strong presentation skills (PPT) • Deep understanding of AI, Automation platforms (Celonis, UiPath, Microsoft), and related digital technologies. • Experience in driving partnership channel & GTM with Celonis and / or Microsoft. • Experience in managing P&L or business units will be a strong plus. • Global exposure and experience in managing multi-geography engagements & teams will be a strong plus. • Passion for innovation, entrepreneurship, and emerging technologies.
