Pay Range: $15.97-$20.25 Arrive at scheduled start time in appropriate uniform and ready for work. Assist with setting banquet tables to meet function specifications. Deliver and serve food and beverages, including plated meals condiments and accompaniments. Be familiar with menu offerings in order to accurately provide information related to its ingredients and preparations. Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the meal service and respond to all requests in a friendly, timely and efficient manner. Remove china, glassware, silverware, etc. from tables at the conclusion of the meal period and deliver to the stewarding area. Assist team members when needed to accomplish all assigned tasks each day and maintain positive working relationships. Assist with side work including cleaning, replenishing condiments and restocking banquet shelves with supplies. Watch for safety hazards and report them immediately to your Supervisor/Manager. Maintain control of keys issued and return them at the end of each shift. Attend all mandatory Department and Hotel meetings. Complete all required training within timeframe allotted. Act in accordance with fire, health and safety regulations and follow the correct procedures as required. Perform other duties as directed, developed or assigned. Support environmental commitments by acquiring the knowledge, skills and values to be a leader in the global goal of “greening” the hospitality industry.
