We are looking for a Sales Marketing Analyst to help execute high-impact marketing campaigns and improve our outreach efforts. Position Overview The Sales Marketing Analyst will be responsible for launching and managing outbound marketing campaigns across multiple platforms. This role requires expertise in email marketing, sales automation tools, and campaign analytics. The ideal candidate will work closely with our SEO specialist to refine messaging based on trending topics and search data, ensuring higher engagement rates. Additionally, this role will assess marketing tech-stack performance and identify opportunities for additional growth. Key Responsibilities Execute and manage email and direct messaging campaigns using tools like Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other lead generation platforms. Collaborate with the SEO specialist to identify high-traffic topics and incorporate them into outbound messaging. Optimize prospect engagement through data-driven content adjustments and A/B testing. Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights to enhance marketing strategies. Research and evaluate marketing automation tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Assist in lead segmentation and audience targeting for personalized outreach. Maintain CRM data integrity and track engagement trends. Work closely with sales and marketing teams to align outbound campaigns with business objectives. Tools and Programs: Marketing & Sales Automation: Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Brevo SEO & Analytics: Google Analytics, Looker Studio, SEO Software, CRM & Data Management: Zendesk, Microsoft 365, Project Management & Collaboration: Todoist, Process Street Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field preferred. 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, campaign execution, or sales automation. Hands-on experience with Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar platforms. Strong analytical skills with the ability to track and interpret marketing performance data. Experience with SEO-driven content strategies and A/B testing. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a focus on persuasive messaging.
