The Senior Associate Attorney will oversee legal matters from inception through post-judgment remedies and handle a high volume caseload. They will negotiate with opposing counsel and report all activity and results to the Managing Attorney.
Candidates must have 3+ years of experience in bankruptcy/collection or civil law litigation and a J.D. from an accredited law school. An active license to practice law in PA is required, along with proficiency in legal research and communication skills.
This is a remote position. We’re searching for a Senior Associate Attorney to oversee legal matters from inception through post-judgment remedies. The ideal candidate will deliver high-quality legal representation, treat all clients with fairness and respect, and thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. This is a fully remote position with a hybrid component, requiring occasional court appearances and onsite meetings. Duties and Responsibilities: Demonstrates exceptional legal research, writing and oral communication skills. Handles high volume caseload and provides expert analysis and advice on legal and regulatory risks. Negotiates with opposing counsel to achieve final resolution of cases. Willing to travel to various courts within the state of PA, if needed, as legal representation in various legal proceeds and to attend court hearings. Works with the Managing Attorney to report all activity and results. Requirements 3+ years’ experience in bankruptcy/collection or civil law litigation J.D. from an accredited law school Active license to practice law in PA. Travel to various courts within PA for court appearances and onsite meetings Skilled in the ability to analyze case law and provide recommendations. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
