The Cross Channel Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing integrated marketing campaigns across digital and physical touchpoints. This role connects brand strategy to performance outcomes by coordinating content, paid media, email, SMS, in-app, and experiential channels into a unified, data-driven approach. This position is ideal for a marketer who thrives at the intersection of creative strategy and analytical execution — someone who can manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, work cross-functionally, and consistently deliver measurable results in a fast-paced environment. Core Responsibilities 1. Integrated Campaign Management • Plan, build, and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns spanning email, SMS, push notifications, paid social, organic social, and in-store/event activations • Own the campaign calendar and ensure coordinated timing and message consistency across all channels • Translate brand and product priorities into actionable channel-specific briefs and execution plans • Manage campaign timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication from kickoff through post-launch analysis 2. Channel Strategy & Optimization • Develop and maintain channel-specific strategies that align with broader brand and growth objectives • Continuously test and optimize messaging, creative, targeting, and timing across all active channels • Identify channel gaps and new opportunities to expand reach and engagement • Manage paid media spend and coordinate with media buyers or agency partners as needed 3. Performance Analytics & Reporting • Track and report on KPIs including conversion rates, ROAS, open rates, click-through rates, and revenue attribution • Build and maintain dashboards and reporting cadences for cross-channel campaign performance • Use data to drive decisions on budget allocation, channel prioritization, and creative direction • Conduct post-campaign analysis and apply learnings to improve future execution 4. Cross-Functional Collaboration • Partner with creative, product, community, and events teams to ensure campaigns are fully integrated and on-brand • Collaborate with retention and growth functions to align campaigns with lifecycle and engagement strategy • Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and platform partners to execute campaigns at scale • Communicate clearly with leadership on performance, priorities, and blockers 5. Content & Asset Coordination • Brief and manage creative assets needed for campaign execution across all channels • Ensure all content is on-brand, legally compliant (particularly within regulated industries), and optimized for each channel’s format and audience • Maintain organized asset libraries and campaign documentation for internal accessibility Qualifications Required • 3–6+ years of experience in marketing with direct ownership of multi-channel or integrated campaigns • Demonstrated success managing campaigns across at least three of the following: email, SMS, paid social, organic social, push notifications, in-app, or experiential • Strong analytical skills with experience pulling and interpreting data from marketing platforms and dashboards • Proficiency with marketing automation, CRM, or ESP platforms (e.g., Klaviyo, HubSpot, Braze, Attentive) • Highly organized with strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously • Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strongly Preferred • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field • Experience in cannabis, wellness, lifestyle, or other regulated consumer product categories • Familiarity with attribution modeling and cross-channel measurement frameworks • Background in performance marketing or paid media buying • Experience coordinating campaigns tied to app engagement, loyalty programs, or live events Skills & Competencies • Systems-oriented thinker who builds scalable processes, not just one-off campaigns • Deep understanding of consumer psychology and how to move people through a funnel across channels • Comfortable with ambiguity — able to prioritize, structure, and execute without constant direction • Strong cross-functional collaborator who can align creative, product, and leadership teams around a unified plan • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage high output without sacrificing quality or compliance • Entrepreneurial mindset — takes ownership and operates with urgency and accountability What Success Looks Like • Campaigns launch on time with consistent messaging and coordinated execution across all channels • Cross-channel attribution improves and marketing-driven revenue contribution is clearly measurable • Channel performance metrics trend positively quarter over quarter through continuous testing and optimization • Creative and campaign assets are always on-brand, compliant, and adapted for each channel’s audience and format • The marketing function operates with documented systems and clear reporting cadences that scale with growth Compensation & Benefits Annual Salary Range: $80,000 – $110,000. Salary is based on market data for the Orange County, CA region and will be determined based on qualifications, experience, and scope of responsibilities.
