Provide technical support and consulting for SAP SuccessFactors HCM applications, troubleshoot issues, maintain certifications, and collaborate with customers and team members.
3-5 years of SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding and Recruiting module experience, active certifications preferred, US citizenship, BA/BS degree or equivalent, strong communication skills, and occasional travel.
REMOTE POSITION HRFP is seeking a highly-motivated, self-starter individual to be a part of our Managed Support Services Department. We are providing the rare opportunity to work hands-on with the SAP SuccessFactors HCM application at multiple customer installations coordinating business processes, payrolls, and downstream business applications. We are asking that you be willing and open to learning as much as possible as quickly as possible. On a daily basis, you will be applying problem solving skills and communicating first hand with customers regarding their unique HR systems. This person must be a US citizen (per customer requirements) and successfully complete a background and credit check. Job Responsibilities • Address production support tickets as assigned and in accordance with SLAs • Communicate with customers in regards to their reported issues and walk them through troubleshooting and solutions • Pursue new SuccessFactors certifications in various modules as agreed upon by your manager • Maintain any existing SuccessFactors certifications in accordance with SAP’s delta exam schedule • Keep abreast of new and relevant SAP releases and features and stay a certified expert in your respective areas • Pursue and maintain system access: • Maintain work laptop and other equipment and keep passwords up to date • Maintain access to any customer instances and keep passwords up to date • Stay in accordance with all required security trainings • While working through tickets, create documentation for generic or repetitive issues that can be leveraged by all resources • Partner with other resources to resolve multi-module issues • For recurring, or easily fixable issues, work with the Customer Success team to transfer that knowledge and responsibility • Stay abreast of all weekly cadences and come prepared with contributions • Partner with senior consultants on implementation projects to create and test configuration Skills & Competencies • Strong communication, listening, and interpersonal skills. • Commitment to quality and customer service. • Ability to lead workshops and guide customers, while also resolving detailed technical issues. • Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently. • Analytical and problem-solving mindset, with ability to evaluate issues and recommend solutions. • Keen attention to detail in gathering requirements, documenting issues, and problem solving. • Ability to collaborate across teams, manage ambiguity, and adapt to evolving priorities. • Passion for Human Resources, Talent Management, HRIS, and SAP technology. Required Qualifications • U.S. Citizenship (mandatory). • 3–5 years of experience with administration, support, and/or implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding and Recruiting modules. • Active SuccessFactors certification in Onboarding and/or Recruiting modules preferred. • BA/BS degree or equivalent relevant work experience. • Excellent English language skills (oral and written). • General proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite. • Willingness to travel occasionally (expected 10% or less). • HR/HRIS experience (5–10 years) is a strong plus. • Expertise in related SAP HCM/SuccessFactors processes, including integration with modules such as Onboarding, Recruiting, Employee Central, etc. Compensation & Benefits • Competitive base salary with bonus structure. • Health insurance, including HSA spending account, Dental, and Vision coverage. • 401(k) with employer contribution. • Employer-paid Life, Short-Term Disability, and Long-Term Disability insurance. • Technology stipend. • Paid time off and holidays.
