Take the driver's seat to lead the growth and shape the future of industrial compressor technology within a global team. Regional Sales & Product Manager NAM​ Ref. no: RSPM/08/2025/US​ You will be responsible for the commercial success of the screw compressor product line, from hunting new opportunities and re-engaging past clients to executing projects and growing market share. This is a high-impact, autonomous role for a true business developer. USA, Remote. Headquarters: South Florida. Willingness to travel (up to 50%), including domestic and international travel to Europe and India. Your role: • Business Development: This is a sales-driven role. You will identify and pursue new business opportunities, re-engage with past customers, and develop key accounts. Your mission is to actively grow the sales funnel and take market share. • Strategic Portfolio Management: Analyze market trends, assess competitor activity, and define regional strategies for product positioning and pricing to ensure profitability and growth for the product line. • Project Execution: Act as the crucial bridge between the customer and our internal teams. You will be responsible for driving projects forward, coordinating with engineering and operations (globally) to ensure customer needs are met and deadlines are hit. • Customer Relationship Management: Build and nurture trustful, long-term relationships with key customers. You will conduct technical presentations, understand customer pain points, and become their go-to partner. What will help you get the job done: • A Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, mechanical engineering, or equivalent professional experience. • Proven experience in a technical sales or sales engineer role is a must. Experience in the screw compressor industry is a strong plus. Knowledge of rotating equipment is highly valued. • Good mechanical aptitude. You don't need to be a design engineer, but you must feel comfortable talking about the technology with engineers and customers. • You must be able to thrive in an autonomous, "hunter" type role and be a proactive driver of your success. • Demonstrated ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams within an international environment. • Self-motivated and a go-getter attitude with the ability to manage time without direct authority. • Willingness to travel (up to 50%), including some international travel. • Proficiency with modern sales tools, including CRM (e.g., Salesforce) and ERP (e.g., SAP) systems.
