Full Description

HR Consult Works has partnered with The Heartland Roadshow to find their next Fundraising Manager! Company: Heartland Roadshow www.HeartlandRoadshow.com Location: 100% Remote (Work from Home) Compensation: $80,000 base salary + commission. Opportunity to earn $100,000 - $150,000+. Job Type: Full-time Are you a business development (fundraising) pro with a passion for helping nonprofits succeed? Roadshow Concepts, a leader in precious metal buying events, is seeking a remote Fundraising Partnership Manager to help drive our innovative fundraising program. Our partnership model is simple - we partner with organizations seeking fundraising, and set up limited-time gold-and-silver buying events at the organization’s place of business. Their members can sell their unwanted valuables (gold & silver jewelry, and collectable coins) for fair market value, and the organization receives a portion of our profit. We do all the work and take all the risk. The perfect fundraising opportunity with the price of gold at an all-time high. This is a “win-win” for everyone, which makes it a very easy sell to the organization. We're looking for someone with a proven track record of success in this field, with a minimum of 3 years of experience. Ideally, you'll have existing connections to organizations that are actively seeking fundraising opportunities. Your mission: • Identify non-profits, schools, religious organizations, and community groups. • Show them how our precious metal buying events can become an easy and profitable fundraising tool. • Help them earn a percentage of our purchases, turning their members' unwanted valuables into a significant source of revenue for their cause. Key Responsibilities: • Partnership Identification & Outreach: Proactively research, identify, and contact potential partner organizations that are in need of fundraising opportunities. • Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with a portfolio of partner organizations. • Consultative Sales & Strategy: Effectively communicate the benefits of our fundraising model and how a percentage of our gold and precious metal purchases can generate significant revenue for their cause. • Event Planning & Coordination: Collaborate with partners to plan and promote our fundraising events. This includes providing guidance on communication strategies, creating compelling marketing materials, and ensuring seamless integration with our operational events. Qualifications: • Proven experience in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships, specifically within or a with a focus on the non-profit sector. • Strong understanding of the non-profit and fundraising landscape. • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport and trust quickly. • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects and relationships simultaneously in a remote environment. • Self-motivated and disciplined to work independently to achieve targets. • Proficiency with CRM software and a strong grasp of digital communication tools. • A passion for creating win-win partnerships that benefit both a for-profit company and its community partners. • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., marketing, business, non-profit management) is preferred.
