What you'll do... 100% WORK FROM HOME REMOTE OPPORTUNITY H&R Block, the world’s leader in tax preparation services, is looking for a seasonal Client Service Representative. We offer shift differential pay for mid, evening and weekend shifts. Associates are eligible for additional monthly and end of season incentives by exceeding performance standards. Details of both incentives to be provided during onboarding. The Client Service Representative provides advanced client support by communicating via phone or email to resolve internal and external client concerns on behalf of the District Managers. Day to day, you'll... • Contact H&R Block Field Leadership and other related business units on behalf of external clients seeking resolution on escalated complaint cases • Research agent knowledgebase to address assigned escalated complaint cases from our retail clients • Interpret clients’ needs and identify practical solutions through detailed research, analysis, and independent decision making • Accurately document updates to the client complaint case • Escalate client issues to other internal teams when necessary • Provide insights to leadership on trends with client issues • Actively participate in routine 1:1 coaching sessions that focus on performance • Handle additional tasks as business needs require  What you'll bring to the team... Pay Range Information The pay range for this position is listed below. Local minimum wage laws apply. Individual pay decisions will depend on job-related factors such as experience, education, skill, performance, and geographic location where work will be performed. Successful candidates may be able to participate in one or more incentive compensation or short-term incentive plans, which could generate additional earnings in accordance with the terms of each plan.
