Client Service Associate Job Summary of Client Service Associate: The primary objective of this role is to deliver immediate client aid and establish a favorable office setting. Tasks include client reception, schedule coordination, and support in fulfilling client requests to promote a hospitable and orderly workspace. Job Duties and Responsibilities of Client Service Associate: • Respond to phone calls and meet guests with a personalized, amiable, and polished demeanor. • Connect clients with the tax professional who best fits their individual tax needs. • Organize client meetings in accordance with their scheduling preferences. • Ensure that all client demands are fulfilled across various service delivery channels, including in-person, telephonically, or through virtual means. • Collaborate with team members to uphold cleanliness standards and keep resources in order within the office. • Undertake other responsibilities as requested to aid in supporting office procedures. Qualifications and Experience of Client Service Associate: • Successful attainment of a high school diploma or its equal is necessary. • Dealing with a rapid-paced work environment. • Past involvement in serving customers in a professional capacity. • Proficiency in juggling various responsibilities and making strategic decisions on importance. • Demonstrated strengths in organizing and managing time efficiently. • Skillfulness in using Microsoft Office and other software applications. • Proficiency in accommodating a fluid schedule and working across various office venues. • Previous exposure to sales or marketing is preferred.
