Senior Director, ABM Strategy & Transformation Description - Job Summary HP is on a mission to redefine Account-Based Marketing (ABM), and we’re looking for a trailblazing Senior Director to lead this transformation. In this role, you will strategically shape and execute ABM programs that drive revenue growth, strengthen customer relationships, and position HP as a best-in-class leader in ABM marketing. We seek an innovative and data-driven leader with deep expertise in ABM methodologies, proven success in transforming marketing functions, and the ability to align marketing and sales to accelerate business growth. Key Responsibilities Strategic Vision & ABM Execution Develop and scale a high-impact ABM strategy, incorporating one-to-one, one-to-few, and one-to-many approaches. Align ABM initiatives with HP’s overarching business goals, focusing on high-value target accounts to drive pipeline growth, customer loyalty, and retention. ABM Transformation Leadership Lead the shift from traditional marketing to an advanced ABM framework, including process redesign, technology optimization, and structural evolution. Partner with executive leadership to ensure ABM adoption across the organization. Drive marketing and sales alignment by implementing shared KPIs, account prioritization frameworks, and co-owned engagement strategies. Technology & Data Integration Oversee the adoption and optimization of ABM platforms. Ensure seamless integration with CRM, marketing automation and analytics tools to enable precision targeting and real-time insights. Leverage predictive analytics and AI-driven insights to optimize account engagement and influence pipeline growth. Leadership & Team Development Build, mentor, and lead a team of ABM specialists, content strategists, and campaign managers. Foster a data-driven, customer-centric, and innovative marketing culture. Provide continuous coaching and training to enhance ABM capabilities across the marketing and sales teams. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with sales, product management, customer success, and executive leadership to drive integrated account-based strategies. Establish ABM workshops, training sessions, and collaborative strategy planning to ensure cross-functional alignment. Performance Metrics & Growth Optimization Define and track key ABM success metrics, including: Pipeline influence & deal velocity Account engagement scores Marketing-attributed revenue Customer expansion and retention rates Continuously analyze performance data, A/B test strategies, and iterate based on insights. Market & Competitive Intelligence Stay ahead of ABM innovations and industry trends, leveraging competitive analysis to refine tactics. Utilize intent data, buyer insights, and behavioral analytics to personalize engagement strategies. ABM Brand Advocacy & Thought Leadership Champion ABM across HP, educating internal teams on best practices and fostering company-wide buy-in. Represent HP as an ABM thought leader, participating in industry conferences, webinars, and published insights to showcase success stories. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred or equivalent strategic marketing experience). 8+ years of B2B marketing experience, with at least 5 years leading ABM programs or similar targeted marketing strategies. Demonstrated success in transforming marketing functions, implementing ABM frameworks, and aligning marketing with sales. Core Skills & Expertise Expert knowledge of ABM methodologies, principles, and best practices. Proven leadership in change management, strategy execution, and team development. Strong analytical skills with experience using data-driven insights to optimize marketing impact. Excellent communication and executive-level presentation skills. The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is $183,650 - $275,450 annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
