Global Commercial Personal Systems Strategy and Campaign Lead Description - Job Summary This role is responsible for overseeing a team of worldwide marketing professionals, while leading the development and execution of marketing communications strategies, policies, and standards. The role also focuses on leading the creation of insights-led marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives and ROI goals, collaborating with business and regional marketing leaders, and driving the adoption of innovative marketing practices. Additionally, the role leads counseling of senior-level management, manages marketing expenditure and budget adherence, and handles talent management responsibilities. Responsibilities Oversees a team of WW Marketing professionals, directing their day-to-day operations including staffing, workflow, and budget. Leads development and execution of marketing communications strategies including development of marketing communications strategies, policies, standards. Drives the development of insights-led marketing campaigns that directly tie into the business goals and objectives, that in turn demonstrate clear ROI and increased brand metrics. Oversees collaboration efforts with the business leadership and regional marketing leaders. Drives development and adoption of innovative marketing principles and practices across the organization. Leads counselling of senior-level management on critical marketing communications elements. Overlooks marketing expenditure, partner funding, and forecasting, and ensures adherence to the set budget. Leads tracking of KPIs around content engagement and usage to inform marketing strategies, and measures campaign effectiveness while always looking for optimization opportunities. Applies expert subject matter knowledge, shapes knowledge base across businesses, functions, or regions, and provides strong leadership, driving change initiatives and monitoring performance goals. Performs talent management responsibilities including recruitment, performance management, coaching and career development. Education & Experience Recommended Four-year or Graduate Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence. Typically has 10+ years of job-related experience or 8-10 years of management experience, preferably in social marketing, content marketing and media, data led planning, or a related field.
