CSS GTM Program Manager Description - Job Summary • This role is responsible for directing cross-functional teams and external agencies in developing and executing global GTM plans and budgets aligned with business objectives. The role involves creating a comprehensive GTM scorecard/dashboard with metrics, goals, and benchmarks, as well as leading post-analysis for marketing programs and global customer segmentation strategies. Additionally, the role oversees global marketing operations, contributes to advanced sales training, strengthens relationships in account development, and provides mentorship to lower-level employees. Responsibilities • Directs cross-functional, cross-organizational teams and external agencies in the development and execution of GTM plans and budgets. • Leads development and secures approval for high level global GTM plans and budgets that align with business objectives and market opportunities. • Develops and owns a comprehensive GTM scorecard/dashboard, including associated metrics, goals, and benchmarks. • Leads the development of closed-loop post-analysis for marketing programs and identifies and executes indicated actions. • Develops and defines customer segmentation strategies at a global scale, tailoring GTM experiences to different customer segments. • Oversees global marketing operations activities, as needed, like CRM update, accrual management, collateral fulfillment etc. • Assists in the development of advanced sales training materials to empower the global sales force. • Partners with sales senior management in retailer/reseller account calls/development to strengthen relationships and drive sales. • Provides mentorship and guidance to lower-level employees, thus, ensuring the realization of operational and strategic plans. Education & Experience Recommended • Four-year or Graduate Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence. • Typically has 10+ years of work experience, preferably in marketing, sales, channel, or a related field.
