Role Overview We’re looking for a highly skilled Data Analyst with deep expertise in SQL and Power BI to drive enterprise-wide data initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on solving complex data challenges, building scalable solutions, and enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization. You’ll play a pivotal role in automating data processes, standardizing data across platforms, and delivering enterprise-grade analytics solutions that support strategic goals. Location: Hybrid/Remote, United States Salary Range: $80,000.00-$93,000.00 Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain advanced SQL queries, stored procedures, and views to support data extraction, transformation, and analysis. Design and deploy Power BI dashboards and reports that deliver actionable insights to business leaders and operational teams. Implement row-level security, DAX measures, and performance tuning for large datasets. Lead efforts to standardize data definitions, formats, and governance across disparate systems and platforms. Build and optimize automated data pipelines to reduce manual effort and improve data reliability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable data solutions. Support enterprise initiatives by integrating data from a variety of platforms and business systems. Document workflows, and reporting standards to ensure consistency and transparency. Required Skills & Qualifications Proficiency in SQL (complex joins, performance tuning, data modeling). Advanced experience with Power BI (DAX, Power Query, data visualization best practices). Strong understanding of enterprise data architecture and integration strategies. Proven experience in automating data workflows and building scalable analytics solutions. Familiarity with data governance, metadata management, and master data concepts. Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. Preferred Skills Experience with Azure Data Services. Exposure to cloud-based data warehousing and big data technologies. Understanding of Agile methodologies and enterprise project delivery. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control (e.g., Git). Knowledge of insurance, financial services, or regulated industries is a plus. Knowledge of Informatica is also a plus.
