DUAL North America, Inc. is seeking a Business Analyst • Classification: Non-exempt/Full-time • Reports to: AVP, IT Process Transformation • Travel: 0-10% Salary: $100,000.00-$115,000.00 Role overview Dual North America is seeking a Business Analyst. We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team and drive impactful change across business processes and technology initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in process improvement, hands-on experience with Agile methodologies, and a solid understanding of the insurance industry Role responsibilities Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements for new initiatives and enhancements Lead process improvement efforts by identifying inefficiencies and recommending scalable, measurable solutions Translate business needs into user stories, process flows, and functional specifications Partner with Agile teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and delivered effectively Facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives as needed Support testing efforts by defining acceptance criteria and participating in UAT Monitor project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders and leadership Contribute to the development of best practices and standards for business analysis Key requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role Proven experience in process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.) Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban) Prior experience in the insurance industry or with a Managing General Agent (MGA)—particularly in property & casualty, health, or specialty lines—is highly preferred. Proficiency in tools such as DevOps and process modeling software Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills Experience with Salesforce is a plus Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) Agile certifications (CSM, PMI-ACP, SAFe Agilist) Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher Excellent written, verbal and client-facing communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) Ability to follow policies and procedures Self-motivated with strong attention to detail Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time, with occasional movement in the office to access cabinets and equipment If you do not meet all the qualifications for this role, we still encourage you to apply, as we are always looking for diverse talent to join our growing team What we offer: A career that you define.
