About the Role We’re seeking a driven, self-motivated Senior Product Manager to serve as the Product Owner for the Houzz Pro CRM and the owner of our platform APIs, third-party integrations, and workflow automations. You’ll shape how pros capture leads, manage pipelines, communicate with clients, and automate work across Houzz Pro—connecting CRM data to email/calendar, marketing tools, and more. You’ll define the strategy, drive development, and deliver measurable impact for our professional community. \n What You’ll Do Collaborate with stakeholders to define the vision, roadmap, and goals for Houzz Pro CRM, APIs, integrations, and automations. Conduct market/competitive research and user feedback analysis to identify opportunities and prioritize features with clear ROI. Own the backlog and write crisp PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria; lead sprint planning and ensure timely, high-quality releases. Partner with Engineering, Design, Data, Security, Legal, PMM, Sales/CS/Support to deliver experiences that are secure, compliant, and delightful. Define and track north star KPIs (adoption, engagement, retention time-to-value etc). Communicate roadmap, launches, and outcomes to executives and cross-functional teams; enable GTM with setup guides, demos, and internal training. Product Ownership: Product vision, roadmap, and goals for Houzz Pro CRM, platform APIs/webhooks, integrations, and workflow automations. Lead the platform API & webhook surface area and champion a great developer experience. Ship resilient integrations covering areas such as, but not limited to, email/calendar, telephone/SMS, marketing automation, meetings & conferencing, with two-way, conflict-aware sync and clear observability. Collaborate closely with other Houzz Pro product teams to seamlessly integrate contracts, proposals and design tools (3d floor planner) into the sales process—ensuring unified workflows, consistent UX, and a shared data model. Develop a no/low-code automation builder (triggers, conditions, actions, branching, testing, versioning) spanning CRM, scheduling, estimates/invoices, communications and more At a Minimum, We’d Like You to Have Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field. 7+ years of Product Management experience with significant ownership of CRM and/or platform integrations in B2B SaaS. Proven track record delivering APIs, webhooks, and integrations (auth, scopes, quotas, retries/backoff, observability). Excellent communication and collaboration skills across Engineering, Design, QA, Data, PMM, Sales/CS, and Support. Analytical mindset; ability to translate data into actionable insights and outcomes. History of successfully delivering complex products/features to market. Ideally, You'll Also Have Hands-on experience with at least one major CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics), plus OAuth 2.0, webhook/eventing patterns, and API versioning. Understanding of data modeling & mapping, identity resolution/deduping and conflict handling. Familiarity with iPaaS/CDP tools (e.g., Workato, MuleSoft, Zapier; Segment) and product analytics (Amplitude/Mixpanel). Comfort partnering on privacy & compliance (GDPR/CCPA), consent, retention, and security reviews. Domain knowledge with Construction and Design professions is a plus. \n Compensation, Benefits and Perks This role has an annual starting salary range of $160,000 - $180,000.
