Requirements Skills and Qualifications • Demonstrated success leading complex initiatives in startup, growth-stage, or rapidly evolving environments, with experience launching or scaling programs or markets. • Proven ability to operate at both strategic and execution levels, translating high-level goals into measurable outcomes. • Strong people leadership experience, including hiring, developing, and managing high-performing teams. • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence across sectors and seniority levels. • High level of operational and financial acumen, including budget adherence, forecasting, with the ability to manage competing priorities and make sound, data-informed decisions. • Willingness to take a hands-on approach when needed while maintaining a long-term, systems-level perspective. • Consistent track record of delivering results and driving impact at scale.
