Job Description: We are looking for a seasoned and driven Area Vice President with deep roots in the real estate investment community and a strong understanding of hard money lending. This is a high-impact role for a relationship-builder who knows how to leverage their network to build, maintain, and grow a thriving book of business within their territory. The ideal candidate is a natural connector—someone who understands the nuances of deal-making, takes pride in delivering value, and thrives in a competitive, high-performance environment. You’ll be the face of HouseMax Funding in your market, responsible for expanding our footprint and strengthening our presence through strategic outreach and consistent follow-through.
