In this vital role, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of repair, maintenance, and improvement tasks for all of our clients. Your proactive approach and hands-on skills will ensure our customers enjoy a personable and positive experience. Qualifications • Basic maintenance and repair skills, including painting, carpentry, and plumbing • Ability to use hand and power tools effectively and safely • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills • Understanding of general safety practices and procedures • Good communication and teamwork skills • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently • Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks • Prior handyman, maintenance, or facility management experience preferred • Knowledge of appliance repair or HVAC systems is a plus
