We don’t feel like it’s a job at Hounds Town. This isn't your typical job post because we aren't a typical company. Let’s be honest: most job posts are challenging at best, with lengthy descriptions that don’t clarify the role, the commitment, or what the company truly stands for. They often contain a list of generic criteria filled with legal jargon and HR language, none of which connect to the core of the company. We live in a world where work and personal boundaries overlap, with no clear separation anymore. Our work and personal lives naturally and passionately connect when team members share similar values. When a team member's strengths align with their role, it leads to outstanding outcomes. Most importantly, both the company and the team members grow more quickly in their journey. Ready to get started? General Guideline of the Role We’re looking for an experienced and dependable Integrator / Chief Franchise Officer to join our pack. This is the person who turns vision into traction—making sure that strategy turns into action and that every department moves in harmony. Reporting directly to the Visionary (CEO), the Integrator provides structure, accountability, and calmness to a rapidly growing, purpose-driven franchise system. You don’t need to be an expert in every area, but you know how to lead experts and hold teams accountable. You’re comfortable in the #2 position — not behind the Visionary, but alongside them — driving alignment, discipline, and results through EOS. You thrive on clarity, process, and follow-through, but you also know how to keep culture and relationships at the center of the work. If you found EOS and thought, “Finally, this makes sense,” you’ll feel right at home here.
