Handle inbound customer calls for order entry, inquiries, and issue resolution in a call center environment.
Strong customer service skills, ability to handle inbound calls, accurate data entry, problem-solving, and escalation of issues.
Please note: this is a temporary/seasonal position. 1st Shift Available. Specific Duties and Responsibilities: • Providing inbound telephone customer service, catalog requests, post sales order requests and order entry in a call center environment. • Investigating status of an existing service request or initiating a new order or credit in response to customer service inquiry. • Documenting every call with actions taken to resolve issue or inquiry. • Provide customer with details of new or existing orders to include routing, tracking, and proof of delivery. • Defusing difficult situations and making it "right" for the customer to promote customer loyalty. • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make swift, sound judgments • Analyzing and responding to customer communications in a timely manner. • Resolving order entry problems or customer service requests while engaging in a professional relationship with the customer. • Taking responsibility to ensure each customer interaction is exceptional • Entering accurate order requests; ensuring specific customer requirements are followed. • Following up on special requests and orders, reviewing customer's needs and matching needs to product, updating customer files and profiles. • Quickly, accurately and professionally answer inbound calls regarding inquires on placing a new order; include explanation of gifts and services available features and benefits and costs. • Accurate data entry of customer orders to include ship methods and greetings. • Escalating problems and concerns beyond the ability of the Order Entry Gift Consultant to an immediate Supervisor or Manager.
