The Opportunity: Do you find yourself immersed in sports, hanging out with friends, and intrigued by betting? As a Business Development Associate, you'll join us at a critical growth stage. You will spearhead the launch of HotTakes in your community, raising awareness and driving app adoption. This role involves coordinating and executing events that amplify the presence of HotTakes. You'll be given real responsibility and the chance to influence our national launch strategy. Who We are Looking For: • Current Student: Enrolled at in University/ College or recently graduated • Part-Time Availability: 5-10 hours per week • Sports Enthusiast: Passionate about sports and sports betting • Unofficial "Planner": A natural planner and networker among your friends and social circles • Exceptional Communicator: Charismatic, energetic, and positive • Highly Sociable: Ability to relate to diverse individuals • Entrepreneurial Spirit: Independent thinker who welcomes feedback Responsibilities: • Promote HotTakes within your circle and educate others on smart betting strategies • Host sports viewing parties • Understand your market to identify and set trends • Contribute to HotTakes' social media presence Perks: • Earnings: Uncapped commission earnings based on sending out promotions, hosting sports viewing parties, and brand awareness growth. • Flexible Schedule: Work at your convenience, can be only a few hours per week up to 15 hours per week. • Exclusive Perks: Rewards for hitting targets (e.g., Sports tickets, sponsored bar events, etc.) • Authentic Startup Experience: Many future opportunities for full-time work as we grow!
