Overview We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Hotel Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth at our prestigious resort. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of hospitality management, and excellent customer service abilities. Multilingual and bilingual skills are highly desirable to effectively communicate with diverse clientele. This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee sales operations, enhance guest relations, and contribute to the overall success of our hotel. The position requires a professional with a background in hotel management, revenue management, and human resources. Duties • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand the hotel's market presence • Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team to ensure high performance and excellent guest service standards • Cultivate relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and event organizers to secure bookings • Oversee guest services and guest relations to ensure a memorable stay for all visitors • Manage hotel operations related to front desk activities, including multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette • Coordinate with the marketing team to promote hotel amenities and special packages • Monitor budget adherence, perform revenue management analyses, and optimize room rates for maximum profitability • Oversee human resources functions such as staffing, training, and performance evaluations • Ensure compliance with hospitality standards, including night audit procedures and resort policies • Maintain high standards of guest services by supervising guest interactions at all touchpoints Requirements • Proven experience in hospitality management, hotel management, or related roles within the resort industry • Supervising experience with demonstrated leadership capabilities in a hospitality setting • Strong knowledge of revenue management, budgeting, and guest services operations • Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction and relations • Proficiency in multiple languages or bilingual abilities to serve diverse guests effectively (preferred) • Familiarity with front desk operations, multi-line phone systems, and phone etiquette • Experience in human resources functions such as staffing, training, and employee development • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism • Hospitality industry certifications or relevant educational background are advantageous This position is integral to maintaining the high standards of our hotel while driving business growth through strategic sales initiatives.
