Job Description: • Set the partner acquisition strategy for the Manufacturing vertical, defining the Ideal Partner Profile (IPP) and personally driving the pipeline of flagship partners. • Identify and target key accounts to develop into strategic, long-term partners within the manufacturing sector. • Drive the entire partnership development process, from building initial rapport with executive leadership (including VPs of Supply Chain, Operations, and Partnerships) to negotiating enterprise-level agreements. • Quarterback the initial partner onboarding process, coordinating with internal teams before handing off to the Partner Account Manager. • Build and maintain a robust partnership pipeline, meticulously tracking progress in our CRM. • Represent Engine at key industry trade shows and events to build brand awareness and generate new partnership opportunities. Requirements: • 7-10+ years of enterprise business development or strategic sales experience, with a focus on the Manufacturing sector. • Demonstrated ability to bring established, C-suite, and VP-level relationships from manufacturing companies that can be immediately leveraged to generate new business opportunities for Engine. • A proven history of closing large, complex deals and exceeding ambitious sales goals. • Deep understanding of the procurement processes and decision-making criteria within large manufacturing organizations. • Ability to navigate complex organizational structures to reach key influencers and budget holders for partnership discussions. • Charismatic and persuasive communication style, with the ability to build consensus among multiple stakeholders.
