Role Summary The Account Associate, Employee Benefits plays a vital role in supporting the Employee Benefits Team at the Lubbock branch by working closely with the Account Manager(s) and/or Account Executive(s) to ensure smooth operations and a high level of client support. What You Will Do • Support carrier implementation and renewal processing • Manage day-to-day service account requests • Create and maintain monthly reporting packages and renewal documentation • Assist with client material creation • Process eligibility changes and set up client invoicing • Handle local office and department administrative responsibilities What You Will Bring • 2 years of administrative experience preferred • Bachelor's degree required in leu of experience • A foundational understanding of Microsoft Office; comfortable with modern technology • Desire to learn and grow in the employee benefits field • This role can sit in our Lubbock or Carrollton office.
