Lead and coordinate plant services and maintenance to meet departmental goals and protect physical assets.
Five years of plant operations experience plus relevant education or technical training and a valid driver's license.
Pay Range: $25.53 - $38.29 A successful candidate's actual pay rate will be based on several factors including relevant experience, skills, training, certifications and education. The Team Lead-Facilities serves as the expert resource and lead person within the service area. Works closely with the department leadership to plan, implement, and facilitate the work activity of the area to accomplish goals and objectives. Assumes overall responsibility for all functions of plant services and maintenance that guarantees the highest quality maintenance services and protects the investment of the physical plant and related equipment in the most cost effective and efficient manner. Related equipment includes, but is not limited to, mechanical equipment, refrigeration, power, heat, cooling, medical gas, sterilization systems, as well as certain departmental and patient care equipment. Education Qualifications Associates degree in business, facility management, operations management, applied science or related field is required. High School Diploma or Graduate of an Accredited Technical School Program plus 3 years of relevant experience (heating, air conditioning, refrigeration, machine shop practice, basic electricity) may be considered in lieu of degree. Experience Qualifications 5 years of plant operations experience is required. Certifications, Licenses and Registrations Valid state driver’s license and must be insurable to operate hospital vehicles is required.
