Full Description

SUMMARY   Provide support to Area Sales Managers and Regional Sales directors by engaging with customers to determine sales quotation requirements, writing quotations, and performing aftermarket support. Other responsibilities as assigned.    KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPIs)  * Achievement of Region Sales Quota  * Completion of all assigned quotations as assigned.  * Assist ASMs and RSDs in the completion of dealer and rep group trainings as assigned.    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS      * Provide exceptional customer service and support: answer sales calls & problem solve  * Proficient in Auto Quotes  * Utilize AQ to prepare quotes for customers/dealers  * Review bid documents (specs & plans) to create competitive bid analysis  * Daily use of CRM per procedures & metrics; help to contribute to overall company goals  * Be a product expert  * Attend some customer-related events with ASM/SAM/RSDs  * Work in a team environment, with capacity to assist multiple ASMs   * Maintain professionalism, diplomacy, and tact to portray the company in a positive manner  * Good people skills to deal with customers and an enthusiastic personality  * Self-motivated, effective time management, organization & multi-tasking skills  * Strong verbal & written communication skills with professional phone etiquette  * Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook, Teams    EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE  * 2+ years inside and/or outside sales, or customer service/inside sales support or similar  * Foodservice industry experience preferred  * Ability to read and decipher 11400 project plans preferred          KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS  * General knowledge of and/or experience in the foodservice equipment industry  * To see through and own issues and challenges; to chase down to their completion with grace.  * Provide exceptional customer service and support: answer sales calls & problem solve  * Proficient in Auto Quotes  * Utilize AQ to prepare quotes for customers/dealers  * Review bid documents (specs & plans) to create competitive bid analysis  * Daily use of CRM per procedures & metrics; help to contribute to overall company goals  * Be a product expert  * Work in a team environment, with capacity to assist multiple ASMs   * Maintain professionalism, diplomacy, and tact to portray the company in a positive manner  * 2+ years inside and/or outside sales, or customer service/inside sales support or similar  * Good people skills to deal with customers and an enthusiastic personality  * Self-motivated, effective time management, organization & multi-tasking skills  * Strong verbal & written communication skills with professional phone etiquette  * Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook, Teams
