Regional Business Development Manager Does Loud Noise, Going Against the Grain, Riding Motorcycles and being a little bit of a Rebel appeal to you? We are looking for Inside Sales Account Managers to create and nurture long-term relationships with our clients. Those clients are power sports dealers, specifically, those that sell Harley Davidson Motorcycles. You will resolve any issues that arise to ensure customers are satisfied with our services. In this role, you should be an excellent communicator who’s able to grasp customer needs and brainstorm ways to fulfill them. If you have a background in outside sales, client relations and knowledge of our industry, we’d like to meet you. Your goal will be to help us safeguard our revenue while attracting new clients and increasing revenue of both Horsepower Financial and our dealers. This is an onsite position. Responsibilities • Build relationships with key employees among customers • Influence current dealers to use our program. • Contact both dealers and customers to execute the program. • Create plans to address clients’ business needs • Act as the liaison between dealers and management. • Schedule regular meetings with dealers to ensure they are satisfied • Act as point of contact for complaints and escalate issues as appropriate • Help client team up-sell or cross-sell services and products • Ensure both the company and clients adhere to contract terms • Achieve Sales and Revenue Targets • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. sales, operations, finance, senior management) to address customers’ needs • Other duties as required.
