We are seeking a dynamic Supply Program Operations Lead to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive growth and innovation in a rapidly expanding service sector. Responsibilities • Analyze and identify growth opportunities within the supply chain, focusing on key performance indicators. • Develop and implement strategies to enhance organic growth through various marketing channels. • Design and manage incentive programs to boost partner engagement and performance. • Launch and oversee affiliate programs, ensuring accurate tracking and compliance. • Translate strategic goals into actionable plans with clear timelines and measurable outcomes. • Conduct experiments and analyze data to measure effectiveness and drive continuous improvement. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on goals and operational processes. • Take ownership of business outcomes, ensuring alignment with overall growth objectives. Skills • 8+ years of experience in marketplace operations, growth strategies, or consulting. • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL and data analysis tools. • Exceptional leadership abilities and effective communication skills. • Experience in designing and managing partnership programs and sales cycles. Preferred Skills • Consulting background with an MBA is a plus. • Familiarity with B2B sales processes and performance marketing. • Experience in developing incentive structures and performance metrics. • Proficiency in BI tools like Tableau for data visualization.
