We are seeking a dynamic Supply Operations Manager to join our team on a contract basis. This role is perfect for someone who is detail-oriented and passionate about enhancing operational processes and quality supply. Responsibilities • Engage in complex curation and review tasks to ensure high-quality supply is maintained. • Document decisions and considerations accurately in various tools and platforms. • Articulate design and selection decisions to leadership with confidence. • Act as a taste arbiter to align outcomes with specific creative and supply briefs. • Provide feedback on submissions to enhance overall quality and compliance with standards. • Conduct thorough research to understand submissions and local requirements. • Analyze opportunities to improve operational efficiency within the supply funnel. Skills • 3+ years of experience in global marketing curation or experience design and production. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time-sensitive tasks effectively. • Creative eye for unique content and supply, with an aptitude for subjective decision-making. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while meeting constant deadlines. • Proficiency in Google Suite applications; familiarity with SQL and Airtable is a plus. Preferred Skills • Experience in photography or photo quality assessment. • Background in copy editing or writing. • Strong collaborative mindset with a focus on creating welcoming experiences.
