Join a dynamic team as a Senior Manager of Data Science, where you'll lead innovative data-driven solutions to enhance business performance and drive impactful insights. This role offers the opportunity to shape data strategies and lead a talented team. Responsibilities • Lead the design, development, and delivery of advanced data analytics and predictive modeling solutions. • Collaborate with business leaders to provide insights that inform strategic planning and operational improvements. • Drive the expansion of data science capabilities and methodologies, including the integration of third-party data assets. • Promote and implement a range of analytics techniques such as machine learning and AI to address business needs. • Oversee the creation of compelling data visualizations to communicate insights effectively. • Manage and prioritize data science projects, ensuring efficient processes and strong partnerships. • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of data scientists and analysts, fostering a culture of high performance. Skills • Expertise in statistical modeling, business analytics tools, and data visualization platforms. • Proficiency in SQL and a strong understanding of relational database structures. • Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. • Proven experience in leading high-performance teams and managing projects effectively. Preferred Skills • Experience with AI, machine learning, and various learning methodologies. • Background in computer science, statistics, or a related field, with an MBA as a plus. • Familiarity with emerging trends and advancements in the analytics industry.
